The website offers for sale:

• Beauty products (e.g., serums, skincare),
• Gift cards, valid for services offered by EDS.

Products are offered subject to availability.
Product photos on the site are not contractual but faithfully represent the items offered.

Gift cards are:

• Available in digital and/or paper format,
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase,
• Usable only for services provided by EDS, by appointment,
• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except under the right of withdrawal if the card has not been used.

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Any applicable delivery charges are indicated before order confirmation. Prices may be changed at any time without notice, but items will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once payment is completed, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the case of obvious error, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

Payment is made online through a secure solution (Stripe, by credit card). Orders are processed as soon as payment is validated.

Products are shipped within mainland France via Colissimo. The estimated delivery time is 5 business days from payment confirmation. In case of delay or delivery-related issues, you can contact contact@leclatdusourcil.com.

In accordance with French law, the customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right: • Send an email to contact@leclatdusourcil.com indicating the order number, • Return the products at the customer's expense in their original, unused and unopened condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Exception: Used gift cards (even partially) are not refundable.

Returns are accepted within the legal withdrawal period. In the event of a defective product or delivery error, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with supporting photos.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the products sold. The buyer is solely responsible for the use of beauty products.

Personal data collected via the website is used solely for processing orders, managing customer relations, and sending service-related information. In accordance with the GDPR, customers can request access, modification, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact@leclatdusourcil.com.

All content on the website (texts, images, graphics, logo, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
